Services & pricing

What it costs

Most companies make you book a visit before they'll say a number. Here's the real starting price for every service. The final figure depends on square footage and stories — text me a photo and you'll have it the same day.

Leaves and debris flushed out of a gutter

Gutter clearing

Hand-cleared, bagged and hauled off. Downspouts flushed and cleared at no extra charge — I'm not going to bill you extra to finish the job.

From$149
Green algae washed off white siding, half clean half dirty

House soft wash

Low pressure and the right solution, which kills the algae at the root. Siding is never blasted at high pressure — see the FAQ for why that matters.

From$299
Close view of a gutter face being cleaned

Gutter brightening

Removes the black tiger-striping down the face of the gutter that ordinary washing won't touch. Best value add-on while I'm already up there.

From$125
Roof being soft washed from a ladder

Roof soft wash

Kills the black streaking on north-facing slopes. Chemical only — no pressure, no brushing. Scrubbing strips the granules that protect the shingle.

From$549
Warm white Christmas lights along a roofline at dusk

Christmas lights

Commercial-grade bulbs I supply, cut to your rooflines, maintained all season and taken down in January. $600 minimum.

Per linear ft$8.00
Driveway before and after pressure washing
Driveways, walkways & patios — from $199. Surface-cleaned to an even finish, no zebra stripes from a wand. Apron and front walk included.
Book two services together and take 10% off. Three or more, 15% off.

Starting prices cover a single-story home up to 2,000 sq ft. Two-story and steep-pitch roofs carry a small adder. Every quote is firm before I start — you will never get a bill larger than the number I gave you.

Christmas lights outlining the rooflines of a house at dusk

Christmas lights

Booked in the fall, lit by Thanksgiving

I supply everything and take it all down in January. You don't store anything, you don't climb anything, and you never untangle anything in a cold garage.

$8.00 per linear foot, installed

Single story. Two-story $9.00/ft. $600 minimum. A 50% deposit holds your install date.

How it works

Three steps, no sales visit

STEP ONE

Call or text

Text a photo of the front of your house to 980-354-1171. That's usually all I need. If I'm on a roof I'll ring you back the same day.

STEP TWO

Get a firm number

Same day, in writing. Not a range, not "starting at" — the actual price for your house, and it doesn't move.

STEP THREE

I show up and do it

Gutters and washing are usually same week. Pay when it's done and you've looked at it. Lights take a 50% deposit to hold the date.

What I'll promise you

In writing, on every job

Your gutters will flow

If water isn't running clean through the downspouts when I leave, I come back and fix it free. No argument.

Downspouts are never extra

Clearing a gutter and leaving a blocked downspout isn't a finished job, so I don't bill it as an add-on.

The quote is the price

No discovering "extras" halfway through. If I misjudged the job, that's mine to eat, not yours.

Lights stay lit all season

A bulb or strand goes out between Thanksgiving and New Year's, I come fix it. January takedown included.

Who shows up

You're hiring a person, not a call center

I'm Sean. I live in Concord, I answer the phone, I give the quote, and I'm the one on the ladder. No dispatcher, no rotating crew, nobody subcontracted out to a truck you've never seen.

Concord Home Exteriors is new, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise or buy a wall of reviews to look older than I am. What I'll trade you for taking a chance on somebody without a long list of them is a posted price, a firm quote, and work you can stand there and look at before you pay for it.

Questions

Things people ask

Do you pressure wash siding?

No, and be wary of anyone who says yes. High pressure forces water up behind vinyl panels where it sits in the wall and doesn't dry. Siding gets soft washed — low pressure plus a solution that kills the mould and algae at the root, so it stays clean far longer than a blasted house does. Driveways and patios are the surfaces that take real pressure.

Can you clean the roof too?

Yes. Those black streaks on the north-facing slope are algae feeding on the limestone filler in your shingles. It's treated with a low-pressure chemical wash and nothing else — no pressure washing and no scrubbing, because brushing a shingle takes off the granules that protect it. The streaking fades over the following days and rain finishes the rinse. From $549, and I'll usually spot it from the ladder while I'm doing your gutters.

Is clearing the downspouts extra?

No. Clearing a gutter and leaving a blocked downspout isn't a finished job, so it's included on every gutter clean. If a downspout has to come apart to clear it, that's included too.

Whose Christmas lights are they?

Mine. Commercial-grade bulbs cut to fit your rooflines, not store-bought strings that die in year two. Installed, maintained all season, taken down in January and stored by me until next year. You never handle them.

How do you price a job?

Square footage of the home and how many stories. Two-story and steep-pitch roofs carry an adder because they take longer and need more equipment. Text a photo of the front of the house to 980-354-1171 and you'll have a firm number the same day.

When should I book Christmas lights?

September and October. I install in order of deposit, and the week before Thanksgiving is always full. Booking early costs nothing extra and it's the only way to get the date you want.

Do I need to be home?

For gutters and washing, no — as long as I can reach the outside of the house and an outdoor spigot. I'll text you photos when it's finished. For a Christmas light quote it helps to walk the house together so we agree on exactly what's getting lit.

Text me a photo of your house.

That's genuinely all it takes. Firm price back the same day — no visit, no pressure, no sitting through a pitch at your kitchen table.
